Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in dividend-paying securities and/or investments that provide exposure to dividend-paying securities.
In furtherance of its objectives, the adviser seeks to make distributions from stock dividends and option premiums at an annual rate that is approximately 8.0% over the current annual dividend yield of the S&P 500 ® Index.
The fund is non-diversified.
